What to do next?
After you have called us please follow this advice:-
- If at all possible please do not go to the toilet, eat drink or smoke until you have spoken to us.
- Do not wash – this will help us understand how best to help you.
- If you have already changed the clothes you were wearing at the time of the assault, please bring them with you – unwashed – in a clean carrier bag such as those from the shops.
- Bring a friend, family member if you would like to – this is about you and your well being.
- Let us help you – this will help you feel back in control.
